For more than 60 years, Laguna College of Art + Design (LCAD) has been a keystone in Southern California’s rich artistic and cultural heritage. Our continued growth and sustainability, even in the most challenging of times, is due in large part to meaningful support from our community and generous individuals like you. In my new role as LCAD President, I have been on a tour of discovery, learning everything I can about the College, its students, and its community of support. What I have found is an abundance of talent and passion, with a successful past and a bright future; a future that depends on ongoing support, and the ability to push the bar higher and set our sights further.
Since 1961, talented artists from around the world have chosen LCAD because of the strength of our curriculum, taught by outstanding professional faculty. In turn, we are recognized globally as an art college that prepares skilled artists and designers to be innovative, socially responsible leaders.
I am deeply honored to be part of this institution, and I am personally dedicated to being the strongest advocate I can be for the sake of our most precious, most important responsibility: the future and well-being of our students.
