Counseling Services
Supporting
students
About
LCAD’s counseling services are dedicated to supporting students facing various challenges during their time at the institution. We offer both short-term and long-term counseling, as well as referrals to therapists, to address a wide range of concerns. Our services are available in both virtual and in-person formats, and we provide self-managed resources to empower students in their journey.
Reasons why students might be encouraged to see assistance for help:
- School Problems (managing low grades, low motivations, time management)
- Relationship problems (significant other, friendship, roommate, family)
- LGBTQ+ issues
- Substance use concerns
- Referral for mental health treatment
