Dear LCAD Community,
As we celebrate over 60 years of excellence, LCAD stands at an exciting inflection point, ready to strengthen our internal culture, infrastructure, and pedagogy while responding to the evolving landscape of higher education. I am thrilled to announce the launch of LCAD’s next Strategic Plan, a forward-looking initiative that will guide us over the next three to five years. Built on deep introspection and critical analysis, this plan will create a clear, actionable vision for LCAD’s continued success and growth.
This process will be a collaborative effort, engaging faculty, alumni, students, administrators, and board members to shape a sustainable future for LCAD. The plan will feature measurable steps, while remaining flexible to adapt to the shifting socio-political, technological, and cultural changes around us. Together, we will craft a path that honors our rich history and prepares us for the challenges and opportunities ahead. We look forward to working alongside each of you as we build LCAD’s next chapter of innovation and impact.
