Description

Through a variety of exercises and projects, they will develop skills in composition, line, value, form, color, and edge within these mediums. Students will also learn specific techniques and terminology that will enhance their artistic abilities and allow them to express themselves more confidently in their work. We encourage experimentation with different types of surfaces and paint applications to help each student find their unique style.

For those who prefer gouache, we will provide a list of watercolor pigments that can be used in their creations. By the end of the course, students will have a solid foundation in watercolor and gouache and be able to produce paintings that showcase their newfound knowledge and skills.

Students of all levels of experience are welcome. Suggested materials List (below).
