Designing Futures

Fostering Creativity

Step into the future

Now, LCAD is poised to take a transformational step forward. Fueled by the largest philanthropic gift in our 64-year history—a $40 million commitment—we are launching the Designing Futures Campaign, a $100 million initiative to unify our campus beginning with a state-of-the-art Student Innovation Center at Big Bend in Laguna Canyon.

This campaign will bring all LCAD learning spaces together into a single, cohesive academic campus, creating a stronger sense of place and community for students, alumni, faculty, and visitors. A centralized campus enhances not only learning, but belonging—fostering deeper alumni engagement, industry partnerships, and a more vibrant student life.
