LCAD's Industry Open House (IOH) is an annual tradition that provides an exclusive opportunity for select industry professionals to visit LCAD for access to the next generation of emerging creatives. At the event, students connect with potential employers to showcase their skills, passions and talents through one-on-one conversation and interactive presentations of their portfolios.

As part of the LCAD degree, students receive a blend of rigorous, skill-based studio and liberal arts curricula that develops their critical thinking and leadership skills to prepare them for personal and professional success. Our faculty of distinguished professional animators, artists, authors, designers, filmmakers, game artists, illustrators, photographers, scholars and writers ensure that our majors reflect current and forward-looking industry demands. Additionally, LCAD’s commitment to the latest technology, specialized studio facilities and low student-to-faculty ratio ensures that each student receives the personal attention to translate concepts and ideas into completed, personalized art.
