Film + Narrative Content Minor

The Film + Narrative Content Minor introduces students to the creative, technical, and collaborative practices of live-action filmmaking. Through coursework in production, film studies, and scriptwriting, students develop skills in visual storytelling, cinematography, directing, sound, editing, and production planning, culminating in the creation of an original short film. The minor supports interdisciplinary collaboration and prepares students for work across film, animation, game cinematics, commercial production, and digital media.
