Matt Mooney (Class of '19)
Character Artist
Matt Mooney is an experienced Concept Artist who specializes in creating immersive environments through a mastery of both traditional and digital mediums, including Adobe Photoshop and 3D modeling. A graduate of the Laguna College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Arts in Entertainment Design, Matt has built a career centered on high-level visual storytelling. He currently brings his creative expertise to Walt Disney Imagineering, where he serves as a Character Artist dedicated to bringing iconic worlds to life.
Josh Steadman

By fostering the unique vision of Entertainment Design professor Josh Steadman, LCAD demonstrates how its supportive environment prepares artists to become industry leaders, taking them from the classroom to high-level roles like Creative Director and Theme Park Designer for global icons like Disney and Netflix.

Amanda Barker (Class of '17)
Senior Product Designer
Amanda is a product designer, focusing on toys and collectibles as well as table top games, currently working at Marvel. She does everything from concept art to marketing within the product design space. With many interests and love of storytelling, her work includes illustration as well as comics.

Andrew Dat Tran (Class of '20)
Freelance Illustrator
Andrew is a multi-disciplinary visual development artist and illustrator who focuses on storytelling and worldbuilding. While he currently works at Broken Circle Studios on projects such as Marvel Puzzle Quest, he has also worked as a background painter and concept artist with various studios including; Titmouse, Adult Swim, and Turtle Rock Studios.

Yemin Jun (Class of '24)
Concept Artist + Comic Illustrator
Yemin, more commonly known online as Herhumanist, is a concept artist and comic creator currently working at Kwento Comics. They have several years experience in webcomic publishing and self-publishing endeavors with comics like BEETLE HANDS with Seven Seas Entertainment and The Unmoving Odyssey with Webtoon Entertainment.

Robert Ortega (Class of '13)
Character Concept Artist
Robert is a passionate creator and storyteller who is a senior artist at Beef Noodle Studios. His focus on narrative in character design has also led him to work for developers such as Riot Games as a concept artist for League of Legends.

Dani Goolsby (Class of '17)
Theme Parks OPs Working Lead
Dani is a multi-faceted artist, deeply involved in the operations at Disneyland Resort. They are not only a shift lead for live shows at the park, but also teaches guests how to bring stories to life at the Animation Academy in Disneyland’s California Adventure Park. She is also a story artist, comic creator, and a freelance illustrator in their free time.
