Memories of Now
LCAD MFA Exhibition

Memories of Now is a visual fusion of the past and present. For this 4th installment of Laguna Art Museum’s annual collaboration with Laguna College of Art+Design, the featured artists explore the notion that current feelings and experiences are influenced by memories of events, locations, ancestry and tradition. This exhibition presents the 2025 Master of Fine Arts graduates from LCAD who revive time-honored skills as they create relevant and personal contemporary art. They understand the value of technical drawing and painting, as taught at LCAD, which enables them to skillfully interpret their subject matter and effectively communicate through their artwork.

This exhibition is presented in partnership with Laguna Art Museum (LAM).
