The 11th Annual Laguna Bluebelt Photo Contest allows photographers to showcase and celebrate the many ways we enjoy Laguna Beach’s beautiful Marine Protected Areas.

The Laguna Bluebelt Coalition brings together organizations and individuals with a common goal of protecting and restoring sea life, conserving biological diversity, and maintaining healthy, sustainable marine habitats for all plant, fish, and animal species. We promote education and enjoyment of local marine resources and enforcement of environmental protection laws and regulations. The Coalition emerged more than 12 years ago while California created Marine Protected Areas and provides a forum for advocacy, relationship building, and public outreach toward the common goal of caring for the essential marine life environments surrounding Laguna Beach.
